Lucy Liu is an American actor, voice actress, director producer, and singer. She is an attractive, skilled actress that has inspired many Asian actors to make it in Hollywood. A series of successful early roles in a popular TV show resulted in her being popular for her role in the show on Ally McBeal, where she was Ling Woo. The fame she gained from the show was translated into films roles like Shanghai Noon or Charlie's Angels. The actress then gave an amazing performance as Japanese criminal lord O'Ren Ishii as part of Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill Volume 1. In the meantime, her roles as a leading lady in flops that were box-office hits like Rise: Blood Hunter were equally prominent.
