
Ky-mani is an emerging star with his untitled third album. In February of 1976, Ky-mani was born into the famous Robert Nesta Marley and Jamaican table tennis champ, Anita Belnavis, in Falmouth, Jamaica. Ky-mani refers to an East African term meaning adventurous journeyer. And as a man living up to his name Every album or journey, is an adventure. The Journey was his first music venture. Through an eclectic approach, he searched for his niche while exploring the entire musical spectrum and exploring his diverse skills. In 2001, Many More Roads (Grammy-nominated) is a "traditional" reggae record was released , revealing a mature Ky-mani. Many More Roads and The Journey have been well received across the world. The album established Ky-Mani's position as an independent artist. Ky-Mani mixes roots reggae with hip-hop, R&B modern jazz in order to produce his distinctive sound.
